How do I personalise my gift?

It's easy! On any product page, add your name, text, photo or message in the personalisation fields, then preview your design before adding it to your cart. What you see in the preview is what we'll create.

Can I see a proof before my gift is made?

The live preview on the product page shows exactly how your personalisation will appear. For complex photo items, our team checks every order by hand before production to make sure it looks perfect.

What photos work best?

High-resolution images (the larger the file, the better) give the sharpest results. Avoid blurry or heavily filtered photos, especially for engraving and print products.

Can I order in bulk or for a corporate event?

Absolutely. For larger or corporate orders, get in touch and we'll help with quantities, matching designs and timelines.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

Because every item is made to order, personalised gifts typically need 2–4 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll see estimated dates at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to most countries. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

I need it for a specific date — can you help?

If you have a deadline, choose an express shipping option where available, or contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to make it happen.

Returns & Support

What's your return policy on personalised items?

Because personalised gifts are made uniquely for you, they can't be returned for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.

What if there's a mistake in my personalisation?

If the error was ours, we'll remake it free of charge. If a typo slipped through on the order, contact us as quickly as possible — if production hasn't started, we can usually fix it.
